My Special Place... by Lord-Dip My Special Place... by Lord-Dip
A place I just love, the architecture is AMAZING!

This is the National History Museum, London. As I didn't have a tripod I had to rest the camera on a ledge... I did however get just the composition I wanted and didn't have to crop a single pixel!

I can't believe just how sharp my 17-40L is... It picked out every detail in the brickwork beautifully... :) I've uploaded a slightly larger file than I normally do, so hopefully you'll be able to see all the detail.

I've tried painting this place, and failed miserably... So I thought some (extreme) dodging was in order to get it the way I imagined it.

;P

My Special Place... by *Lord-Dip is breathtaking. The artist did an amazing job capturing his vision of this place. The more you look, the more details you find. This photo is simply epic. ( Suggested by aeon-100 and Featured by Katerina423 )

I'm doing an art exam about windows and doors, and i was wondering if you would mind me using this? It really did dazzle me, and it looks so beautiful that i couldn't just pass by without asking if i could use it.

Oh. My. God. that is flipping fantastic!! :jawdrop: Amazing work. And I love the sense you get of the people that are there, but aren't...almost like it's kind of timeless...But anyway, great shot :)

I really love this picture. There is a lot to see on it, but it's not messy at all. The exposure and the light is wonderful and the photographs leaves a lot of place for imagination. If I could make a double :+fav: I'd do it.
